Today, the water level has gone down to the extent that our scientists predict that there might be wars in the future for water. We can live without other things in life but without water, we won’t be able to survive for long; our body itself consists of 60-70% of water content. Hence, it becomes our duty to save the water. Saint Dr. MSG preaches that by taking little steps, we can save the water. Some people often think that what difference will it make if i alone save the water? But as it is said, ‘every drop makes an ocean’; if we will put an empty bucket under a dripping tap, soon it will be filled completely with water. So, to save water we have to start from ourselves only like while brushing teeth instead of keeping the tap running, take a glass of water,

use the dual flushing system which gives you the choice between a half flush which can be used for disposing liquid waste or a full flush used for disposing solid waste,

similarly after bathing you can use that water by using a filter of gravel or river sand which can be used later for gardening the plants etc. In this way one can save both the money and the water. For farmers, HE says there can be various methods to get maximum yield from crops with minimum usage of water such as Sprinkler system, rainwater harvesting etc. So, these are the small steps which if brought in action can save the precious source of water, not only for us but for the society and the whole world. Guru Ji tells about an instance from His life while staying in the Ashram that when it used to rain, the whole rain water used to deposit in the huge filters that were built there and which ultimately lead it’s way to the large pit built in the ground in an area of about 2 acres which had sandy soil at the bottom which does not observe water and later on they used the stored water for agriculture and gardening etc. In this way, the water can be saved to a large extent. Thus, when water would be conserved by deploying such ways, it will save us from both the problems i.e. unavailability of clean drinking water as well as from flooding which occur due to excessive rainfalls. Hence, it is necessary that we save water otherwise it will lead to water scarcity and wars in the near future.

Indian culture is the best culture; it teaches us to be kind and respectful to everyone

Pledge by millions for 144th welfare work- ‘to use pollution free vehicles’


Human is gradually destroying the natural resources; such as water, coal, petroleum etc. and is leading to great environmental pollution.
Saint Dr. MSG suggests a method to reduce the pollution from factories that is by installing fountains or water system on the chimneys from where the pollution particles come out in the air, by doing so air can be conserved from getting polluted and people will be able to breathe freely.
Another major source of air pollution is vehicles or automobiles. Vehicles emit large amount of pollutants into the air depending on the quality of fuel consumed by the vehicle and their energy efficiency. The air pollution is causing major diseases in humans today such as Asthma, lung cancer, heart diseases etc. Thus, to combat with this problem apart from other ways, Saint Dr. MSG says it is necessary to make our vehicles pollution-free. But people nowadays do not consider this problem as serious. They even get the ‘Pollution Under Control Certificate’ by giving a bribe that is for the sake of show only, they make no real efforts to control the pollution from their vehicles. But Guru Ji urges people that it is our duty to control pollution especially that emits from our vehicles. With HIS inspiration, millions pledged today to drive pollution-free vehicles or automobiles by using efficient fuels or enhancing the engine efficiency. Thus, from now on it will be the new 144th initiative that, ‘we will drive pollution-free vehicles from now on in the real-sense, not only for the sake of certificates’. Water conservation: the need of the hour

People would die and kill others for few drops of water. People are not realising the fact that water needs to be conserved. They are wasting water unnecessarily.

To get anything in life, we have to make efforts. Without Karma (action) there is no result and without Gyana (knowledge) there will be no Karma (actions). That is how a person will work towards something without having knowledge about it and how a person will achieve the results without working for it. Meditation is the only way to feel the presence of the supreme power – Almighty


Similarly, it’s a question for those who don’t believe in God’s existence that when one can’t get a degree without doing any efforts then how can someone see that supreme power (God) without giving any time or effort to him?
Hence for that, Saint Dr. MSG preaches that you have to take some time out and Meditate God’s name. The best time for doing Meditation or worship of God is in the morning between 2 am to 5 am which has been mentioned in our pious religions as ‘Brahma Muhurta’ in Hinduism, ‘Amrit Vela’ in Sikhism, ‘Bange waqt Farz or Ibadat-e-waqt’ in Islam and in Christianity as ‘God’s prayer time or God’s prayer early time between 2 to 5’. Hence, we should wake up early morning in the mentioned times and meditate God’s name for at least 1 hour and then for 1 hour in the evening after 2 to 3 hours of having dinner. Do it for atleast 2 months regularly and you will definitely be able to feel that supreme power within and around yourself.
It only needs 2 hours every day for 2 months to feel the presence of that supreme power, Almighty and to get degrees we spend years and years, but still some people say there is no God without giving any time for him. Some people say that history is true but our religions are myths. But think once about those who wrote that history?

Ofcourse it was humans who wrote it. Similarly our religions and religious books are also created & written by the great Saints and Peer-fakeers who dedicated their whole life to their aim.
History is dynamic, it may have some facts as well as fiction and also our religions may also have some fiction but the experiences mentioned by peers- fakeers in them our absolutely true, which they had felt through continuous practice of Meditation.

Those who meditate God’s name, practice Vedic way of life are higher on peace of mind, than those who don’t


A research was conducted on the life and behaviour of two types of people, in which one group consisted of theists and other was of atheists. It was found that people who believed in God (theists) were found to be calmer and they easily settled any disputes while on the other side atheists were found to be more aggressive in nature having frequent fights and even having suicidal tendency.

Theists would always do good deeds and atheists were always seen in selfish behaviour. It means that those who chant God’s name are higher in aspects of humanity, empathy, self- esteem while those who didn’t believe in God’s existence were lower at all these aspects. The reason behind this was also found by scientists that those who pray to God every morning & evening were having some invisible rays around them which when followed disappeared in universe and another rays of different colour were seen to be coming into their brains back repairing their brain and DNA. Hence now scientists also believe about the existence of some power which send those waves and made those people stronger and powerful. Those who pray to God, practice Vedic way of life and do meditation regularly already know about this amazing phenomenon and always feel the presence of such power around and within them.

In Gurukuls, children were given the practical knowledge and taught how to listen to their inner self


There is superior power than brain that is DNA, even our Vedas and scientists believe that when DNA is repaired our whole body can get repaired just in few seconds and we can live a happy and peaceful life. In previous times, children were given knowledge about Vedic way of life in Gurukuls or Brahmacharya Ashrams about how to repair their body and how to study one’s own self? It was taught that by awakening your six senses with the help of meditation of God’s name, your can become a doctor of your own body. You will get to know every bad or good thing you do or you are going to do because by meditation you will strengthen your willpower. So, in Gurukuls it was taught that how one can listen to their body or inner self through yoga, exercise and Meditation. Then, children were also taught how to know their weaknesses and then how to repair them with the help of natural medicinal herbs. They were asked to follow monkeys or chimpanzees who themselves cured their injuries with the help of herbs. And from there, it was taught in Gurukul that which herbs or leaves are useful for what kind of injury or disease, from there only the ‘Sneh lep’ was made which could cure any injury overnight and even then people today say that the Vedas are myths. Our saints, peer-fakeers were of brilliant minds they could even cure the bone fractures just in a day with their natural herbs and treatments.


With meditation you can also awaken your inner powers and feel even the unrealistic things. But to experience the impossible, you have to meditate for atleast 2 hours regularly. Our mind has the power to even turn the impossible into possible. In gurukuls, children were taught to unveil the powers of their minds through willpower and meditation. Children were taught a mind and body balance through which they would achieve their higher selves. They were given practical knowledge which would fit in their minds.

•People envy each other’s success. This jealousy does no harm to others rather kills yourself from within. It creates lot of tension inside you, which is reflected in your life as well.

•People have the habit of legpulling and backbiting even if they have nothing to do with the thing or person concerned.

•Nowadays people disrespect each other. Saint MSG taught his Disciples to respect everyone irrespective of age, caste, gender. Disrespecting may not harm the person concerned but would surely create a negative aura around the person who disrespects others.

•He also taught about valuing relationships. Ancient Gurus told that a time would arrive where the relationships would be made for satisfying the greed only. Drug abuse leads to reckless behaviours, vandalism and violence. It may even lead to death or coma due to respiratory failure, heart failure or cerebral hemorrhage.
Teenagers are more prone to the drug abuse. This leads to depression, lack of interest in studies and academics and deteriorating relationships with family and friends. Drug abuse has made every section of this society shallow and hollow.

Drug abuse not only affects the addict but has far-reaching effects that include family, friends, and the community.

Saint Dr. MSG began with telling the two biggest teachings which are preached at Dera Sacha Sauda that is ‘Raam Ka Naam’ (God’s name) and ‘Begarz Prem’ (selfless love for mankind). These are the two things which can change the whole life, the whole society and can help an individual banish all his vices. When we love the Almighty and love all his creation be it animals, birds, humans or this whole nature; then the Almighty blesses us with his infinite blessings.

God is the ocean of kindness and eternal happiness


In this era of a Ghor Kalyug, it is very difficult to pray God’s name. Man always remembers about his worldly tasks and duties but barely remembers taking God’s name. By getting stuck in materialistic world, human has forgotten about the Almighty i.e. Om, Hari, Allah, Waheguru, Ram who is the the ocean of kindness and joys & who is the provider of eternal happiness.
Beparwah ji has also written a hymn relating to it;
“दाता भुल दात्तां नाल प्यार पालेया”
Man has forgotten the Almighty and is instead lost in the things made by him. Man doesn’t love God instead he loves the materialistic presents which he receives from God.

One should believe and follow his religion & Guru’s teachings


Saints and peer-fakirs have always preached that human can find God if he always remembers God’s name and prays to him. But today human have forgotten all those teachings and is instead following the wrong path of kaam(lust), krodh(wrath), lobh(greed), moh(attachment), ahankar(ego), selfishness etc. Man has madly gotten involved in these vices that neither does he listen to Saints’ sayings nor does he remember God’s name. In these times, Sai Mastana Ji Maharaj taught that we should follow our religions. But people today believe more in flaunting rather than following the true teachings of the religions. Although there are still many people left who believe in their religions and Gurus. But only believing is not enough, one should also follow what the Guru preaches because when human follows the preaching of his Guru, his love and faith for God ultimately increases because Guru only preaches about how to connect with that Almighty. He connects his children with God’s name and not parts them away and this is the true meaning of word ‘Dharma’ i.e. to preserve, to connect.


We should always wish for everyone’s welfare


Today people have become selfish, they believe in breaking others apart rather than connecting people. Instead of praying for everyone’s well-being people nowadays get jealous when something good happens to others. Saint Dr. MSG says that if we pray for everyone’s welfare, God fills our life with blessings first and when we prays for others’ misery, hardships, etc. then God gives us that only to us. Thou urges everyone to never say or do anything bad to anyone instead one should practice selfless love for everyone. Selfishness brings unhappiness, stress, and worries while selfless love for mankind gives us inner satisfaction and happiness.

We should respect every relation and its limits


We should respect every relation and respect the limits of every relation. Nowadays, our society has completely destroyed our culture and respect which they hold for the relations and bonds. People have broken all the limits of relations. So it becomes difficult to believe anyone in this world, but still we have to since we are social animals.
Sai Ji says about this,
“रहना मस्त होना होशियार चाहिदा”
We should live cool & easy but by being smart. In today’s world it has become very difficult to know someone’s real intentions hence, we should not let anyone get to close to us and we should always be alert. No matter how much good you do to someone people will never appreciate. Hence, we should do good deeds not to please anyone or by expecting anything from anyone but we should serve the society to please God.

Instead of focusing on what others’ do, we should focus on our own strengths and weaknesses


Beparwah Ji used to say;
“ तेनू यार नाल की तेनू चोर नाल की,
तू अपनी निबेड़ तेनू होर नाल की ”
Instead of focusing on what others’ do we should pay attention to ourselves. We should focus on our own strengths and weaknesses. We should focus on removing all the vices and bad things that exist in our bodily home and the home that we live in. And doing so will provide us the eternal happiness and satisfaction.

Satsangis and Sewadaars always work for everyone’s welfare and never do anything bad to anyone


Guru Ji says that Sewadaars (people who work for others’ welfare) should never stress about the bad things others’ say about them. When someone says anything bad, we should get away from them instead of conflicting or argumenting with them. A satsangi or sewadar should never indulge in fights or arguments and never stress about these things. He who loves the Almighty always loves and serves his creation, so we should never let anyone’s negative words affect us. When we are connected to the true Guru, Almighty; we should never do or say anything bad to anyone and avoid those who say bad to us.

Mission ‘DEPTH’ – drug eradication through Pan India with the help of health, meditation and yoga


Thou introduced a new name for the Drug- free India mission yesterday i.e. the ‘DEPTH’ which earlier was an acronym for DRUG, EJECT, THROUGHOUT, HINDUSTAN. Today, Saint Dr. MSG told about some changes in the full form. Hence, from now the ‘DEPTH’ campaign stands for:
D= Drug
E= Eradication
P=Pan India
T= through
H= health and meditation
Which means to eradicate drugs through Pan India with the help of health and meditation, yoga and this is named as ‘DEPTH’ campaign.
