March 25, 1973, holds a special significance for all the Dera Sacha Sauda devotees worldwide, as it witnessed the arrival of Revered Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan into the sanctified premises of Dera Sacha Sauda Darbar, accompanied by his tender, delicate footsteps. In the divine presence of Revered Bapu Magghar Singh Ji, Revered Father Ji acquainted himself with his Perfect Spiritual Guide, revered Shah Satnam Ji Maharaj.
The Proclamation of Divine Succession
The sacred program of GuruMantra was arranged at Shah Mastana Ji Dham, Sirsa. Saint Dr. MSG seated behind his venerable Father Ji, absorbing the GuruMantra along with other devotees. Revered Param pita Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj, beckoning him forward, affectionately said, “Child, come forward.” Engaged in discussions about home and family, Revered Param pita Ji bestowed the blessing of the GuruMantra upon Saint Dr. MSG, seated near his chair (the stage). Revered Param pita Ji announced the holy succession in front of all the devotees present in the holy congregation on September 23, 1990. Thou announced amidst the congregation that Saint Dr. MSG is thy own form stating that ‘we were, we are, and we will always be’.

Revered Param pita Ji had officially named Revered Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan as the heir, a few months before the passing on of the spiritual legacy. Currently, Dera Sacha Sauda is undertaking 162 humanitarian activities, involving approximately seven crore followers, Shah Satnam Ji Green ‘S’ Welfare Force Wing volunteers, and devotees worldwide who are tirelessly engaged in serving the destitute, needy, sick, helpless, and hungry, as well as animals.
