Farming is a noble profession, adopted by farmers throughout the India regardless of their religion, background or state. But from some time now, farming has become a difficult profession. It has been facing so many challenges and problems due to which youth and upcoming generations are running away from this profession. Some of the major challenges faced in the farming profession are:
Very little usage of modern technologies, equipments, best farming techniques; even today farmers continue to use the traditional methods of farming which may be effective but are much costly, need much hard work and don’t yield as much profit.
Decreased soil fertility due to overuse of fertilizers, insecticides and chemicals.
Over dependence on traditional crops such as wheat, rice.
Availability of poor storage & transport facilities.

Encouraging Farmers to do organic farming.
Guru Ji told that it’s a myth that organic farming is costlier & yields less. Instead it will save people from so many diseases that originate due to the consumption of chemicals & fertilisers that are used in farming and organic crops can also be sold at higher price. Guru Ji blessed the farmers by saying that whoever will adopt organic farming will be able to make more profits and their families will also stay healthy. He also tells alternatives for chemicals & insecticides etc. and teaches to grow pesticides in a natural manner like vermi-compost, biogas slurry, animal urine, and manure from cattle-dung etc. can be used.
Irrigation methods are being taught by Guru Ji which conserves water to a great extent as well as the crops can have enough water. The water conservation methods are taught through which the same source of water can be used again and again to irrigate crops. Rainwater harvesting and the bathing water, properly filtered by Sand and stones can also be used for irrigating crops.
Burning agriculture remains causes a lot air pollution as well as decrease the fertility of soil. To which Saint Dr. MSG provided this unique method where He teaches that field should be ploughed deeper with which the stubbles will go down into earth & the deeper layer of soil which is fertile will come on upper surface, hence the stubble will turn into manure, making land fertile again & it will also solve the problem of stubble burning, saving the environment from pollution.
