35TH MEGA CLEANLINESS CAMPAIGN BY DERA SACHA SAUDA ON 3RD APRIL, 2022!

It’s no surprise that cleanliness is compared to Godliness. Even animals are thought to appreciate clean surroundings and are frequently seen sweeping the area with their tails before entering any location. And, as humans, we bear a much greater responsibility for the environment as well as the well-being of our fellow humans who share the planet with us. Clean surroundings also aid in attracting positive ideas and are regarded as a step closer to achieving a pure mind, as well as being a part of spirituality.
Consider a home that is disorganized and dirty. Is anyone interested in living there? No! Most of the time, we keep our homes tidy. However, we pay no attention when it comes to maintaining our cities and environment clean. As on 29th April every year, Dera Sacha Sauda celebrates its Foundation Day. It’s a Mega Spiritual festival for millions of people worldwide. As per the huge demand of Millions of people, Guru Ji gave the pious consent for the Mega Cleanliness Campaign to be organized on 3rd April, 2022 at ‘Rohtak’ (Haryana). Dera Sacha Sauda marks their every special occasion celebrations by doing welfare works for the betterment of society. Before this Mega Cleanliness Campaign, 34 more such campaigns have been followed out successfully. This will be the 35th Mega Cleanliness Drive by Dera Sacha Sauda Volunteers.

With His pious guidance, these brave volunteers pledged to serve mankind selflessly throughout their life. The goal of DSS Volunteers is not only to clean the city, but also to motivate and educate the citizens, so that no one ever refers to our country as “Dirty India.” Not only these efforts result in a considerable reduction in the number of diseases, but they also resulted in a significant reduction in soil, water, and air pollution.
Imagine tens of thousands of people coming together from throughout the country and abroad, each bringing their own brooms and tools, and cleaning regions spanning hundreds of square kilometres in a matter of hours. No, this isn’t just another attempt at visualising the impossible. This is the truth of those good Samaritans {Dera Sacha Sauda Volunteers} which includes highly educated and well-settled people that organize Mega Cleanliness Campaigns. In every way imaginable, Dera Sacha Sauda supports and encourages cleanliness and hygiene. It is dedicated to cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces. These initiatives are held on a regular basis with the goal of preventing infections by implementing public health measures and raising public awareness about cleanliness.

What is “Sacha Sauda”?

Sacha means True and Sauda means Business. Each one of us needs a teacher or guide in our lives. There is no field where one gains expertise without any guidance. We all are trapped in a cobweb of evils and we want a way out of every sorrow. But do you know, there is a messiah who plays a crucial role in every life. He is the one without whom the universe is unimaginable. He is Guru, Satguru, Fakir, Rehbar, teacher,messiah and with many more names. Param Pita Ji taught lessons of love, brotherhood, and selflessness and took forward the caravan of Spirituality. 9th PIOUS HOLY LETTER

Receiving a letter from your Guru is the epitome of euphoria and happiness. A guru is a forerunner, mentor, leader, torchbearer, and, most importantly, the top caretaker. By bringing the light of knowledge into our lives, he dispels darkness. The depths of His love are unfathomable. It is a tremendous blessing to receive the holy letter from Him. His Holiness, Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan has written eight letters to the followers so far, wrapped in divine love, kindness, and blessings. Every letter had a different message for the betterment of humanity and the promotion of spiritualism in general.
His Holiness has also started a number of new charity projects for the improvement of society and to spread happiness across the world. When the disciples received His Holiness’ Ninth Holy letter, their joy had no bounds. Devotees’ love and devotion flowed out of their eyes as they received Guruji’s message after waiting for the pious letter.
This message included spiritual blessings for all believers. Every listener and reader couldn’t hide emotions. Every word in the letter was auspicious, bringing delight and profound feelings to everyone’s hearts. After receiving His Holiness’ letters, their love to the Almighty grew exponentially.
His Holiness apprised about the 21 day furlough elapsed at ‘Gurugram’ and that ‘His’ focus was always on His crores of loving children. His Holiness has strong desire to have a vision of their crores of children. Guru Ji further says, “His Holiness paid billions of salutations to the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Satguru Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj, who gave us 6 crore such lovely disciples, whoever considered the Guru’s vachan 100%, lived in their homes and prayed with yearning.” And blessed everyone with infinite happiness and spiritual Love.

PRAISING THE TRUE DEVOTION

Wherever the lotus feet of a true saint are put, it is stated that the place becomes reverent. As His Holiness arrived in Gurugram on February 7th and stayed for 21 days, the disciples displayed an exceptional level of devotion and affection for their beloved Satguru. On the 6th of March, a cleanliness drive was held to pay respects to the holy area where Guruji resided. Guruji’s pupils came from all over the world to express their gratitude. This was unquestionably a unique campaign, with an ocean of love spilling out of their eyes that they couldn’t convey in words.
Via this Ninth pious letter, His Holiness praised this cleanliness campaign very much, he blessed everyone with a lot of blessings.

Guru Ji always teaches the lesson of peace and spiritual love. Considering the major ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine Guru Ji asks for prayer and said, “रूस यूक्रेन में जो युद्ध चल रहा है, प्रभु जी उसे खत्म करवा कर वहां शांति कायम करवाएं, यही प्रभु सतगुरु जी से हमारी प्रार्थना है।”

Avoid using shower, use bucket instead of it.
Turn off the tap when not in use while shaving, washing clothes and dishes.
Avoid running tap water to wash vegetables, instead of it use any bowl or container, add water to it and then wash veggies.
Use least possible water while washing your hands.
Use a cup or glass of water while brushing instead of using running tap water.
For the farming of vegetables & tree plantation, conserve rain water effectively.
Promote the usage of solar panels because it saves water which is necessary for electricity generation.
Tips to Reuse bathroom water-
Make a pit under bathroom drainage.
Put some concrete, gravel & sand over the way where that water passes.
The sand, gravel will filter the bathing water.
Now, reuse that water in vegetable farming and watering other plants.
Effective use of Rain Water conservation- During the rainy season, farmers can make a deep pool in their fields & spread on a thick polythene on it and fix it with loamy soil. It’s a very less expensive & effective methods. Whenever rain occurs, the water gets stored in that pool and can be used later. Presently, thousands of farmers are following this method which is affordable to everyone.
From this collected rainwater, drip system & fountain system can be connected. Via these various types of vegetables can be grown. In this way water will be used in least amount and productivity will definitely increase than before because the crop may get destroyed due to excessive irrigation.

Solar panel installation; Being a nature enthusiast, Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan supports the use of sustainable energy sources such as solar energy. Solar panels have been erected on the top of Dera Sacha Sauda’s outbuildings in a large region. These solar panels save a lot of water and energy that would otherwise be used to generate electricity.
Biogas is a renewable energy source that is good for the pollution free environment. The installation of biogas plants in both urban and rural locations minimizes pollutants while also being environmentally friendly. On the grounds of Dera Sacha Sauda, a massive biogas plant is being constructed. Human and animal waste is collected in a storage facility and used to generate gas, which is subsequently used to generate energy.

“Mission Smile” is a nice initiative started by Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan to spread the ocean of Happiness among the needy children by opening the Food Bank, Toy Bank, Book Bank, Cloth Bank for them. Under this initiative, Dera Sacha Sauda volunteers are continuously distributing such essential & required materials to needy children and spread the wave of Happiness among them. Welfare Works initiated for the Empowerment of Women:

Yes, there is an organization that not only promotes but also supports women in every empowering task. Dera Sacha Sauda, a Non-Governmental Organization is spreading awareness about Gender Equality and has given rise to various significant women’s welfare works.

• Girls who were about to be killed by their parents due to gender discrimination are adopted by the revered chief of DSS – Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan. They are provided with a healthy lifestyle including their education and nutritional development.

• Training centers are operated by DSS to teach self-defense techniques to girls.

• To easier the life of young widows, they are helped by DSS to get remarried into well-settled families.

• Financial help to underprivileged women for their marriage and education is provided by DSS.

• Extremely needy pregnant ladies are helped with nutritional food and medical treatment is provided free of cost by the organization.

• Physically challenged women are helped in getting married to physically fine men to easier their lives.

• The most inspiring initiative by DSS is the ‘Crown Of the Lineage.’ In this initiative, women are encouraged to carry on the lineage after marriage. Girls, who are the single child of their parents, are supported in marrying the boys who are voluntarily ready to support this great welfare. This initiative not only abolishes Gender inequality but also works for Women’s Independence. The groom relocates to hus wife’s parental home after marriage.

• Six educational institutions only for women have been founded by the Revered chief of DSS to support the educational development of women.

Women’s Dominance in the field of Sports:

Women of the society should also be provided with fair opportunities for their development in sports. To uplift the Sports System of India, Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan has founded a sports complex known as ‘MSG Bhartiya Khel Gaon’ at Sirsa. The opportunities for the development of sports interests of women are provided here.

Sports Teams, trained by Guruji himself, have won the world cup in throwball and yoga.

Three Asia cups have been won by the girls’ team of Roller Skating.

With His guidance and tips, girl players of Shah Satnam Ji Educational Institutions have made our nation proud in International Championships.

34th mega cleanliness drive at Gurugram by Dera Sacha Sauda

Dera Sacha Sauda is a well-renowned socio-welfare organization of India that has reached milestones in serving humanity. With several world records and 138 welfare works, it has set an extraordinary example by conducting a Cleanliness Campaign at Gurugram, Haryana. The Cleanliness drive took place on 6th March 2022 with the participation of millions of volunteers.

Why did Dera Sacha Sauda volunteers choose Gurugram for the campaign?

Dera Sacha Sauda’s current spiritual master, the Revered Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan spent 21 days of His furlough at Gurugram. His pious stay made DSS volunteers honor the land of Gurugram. They were granted permission by the respective authorities to conduct a Cleanliness Campaign there to show their holy respect towards their master.

What guided DSS volunteers towards the great welfare work of cleanliness campaign?

The followers of DSS have given their best in serving mankind in every way possible. But genuinely, it would have not been possible without the great guidance and support of their chief, Saint Dr. MSG. The Cleanliness Campaign a.k.a. ‘MahaSafayi Abhiyaan’ was initiated by Him in September 2011 in Delhi. The other campaigns took place in various cities like Panipat, Rishikesh, Kaithal, Karnal, Noida, Jodhpur, Mumbai, etc. With His ultimate teachings, millions of devotees had put a success to this campaign 33 times and now the count has reached 34 with the recent one.

Purpose behind 34th mega cleanliness campaign

“Ho Prithvi Saaf, Mite Rog Abhishaap!”

It means “Cleanse the planet Earth, to remove Diseases and Curse!”

The main agenda behind initiating this campaign was to clean the environment. The drives have promoted the idea of hygiene and reduced the unnecessary garbage of the surroundings. The Mega Earth Cleanliness Campaigns are carried out to spread the awareness of a clean and green environment among people.

Also, the purpose for this 34th Cleanliness Campaign was to pay tribute to the holy land of Gurugram as the revered chief of DSS stayed for 21 days there during furlough.

How did the mega cleanliness campaign start?

There was no surprise in the gathering of lakhs of volunteers at Gurugram as it is common among Dera Sacha Sauda followers to carry out welfare works at this large scale. The timing for the drive was from 9 a.m. and devotees from various places reached before time. They all gathered at the different areas of the city as appointed to them. The campaign was initiated by reciting the holy prayer.

The dedication of lakhs of volunteers in cleanse campaign was unmatchable

Any volunteer may he/she be a teenager, adult, or senior citizen; well qualified or of bare minimum knowledge; belonged to a richer section or middle class; perfectly fine or physically disabled, literally left no stone unturned in giving their best to this drive. Their consistent efforts astonished the residents of Gurugram.

There was no hesitation for them to get into the Sewage or gutters and clean public places. The passion for hygiene was remarkable as they collected dried leaves and removed unwanted waste from the environment of Gurugram. The garbage collected was being sent to landfill sites, far away from public places.

All the precautionary measures and covid protocols were followed by the volunteers. There was a huge difference between before and after the drive in the surroundings of the unhygienic places.

People from the farthest places reached the city to honor the land of Gurugram and showed their utmost respect towards their Guru.

Nowadays, it is common to see someone polluting the environment by throwing plastic waste here and there. But to see someone cleaning the environment and spreading the message of cleanliness is something which is rarely seen. The count was not of some Hundreds or thousands of people, but 4 lakh people carried out the drive of Cleanliness at Gurugram.

The residents of Gurugram were astonished as well as proud at this selfless deed of DSS. They were surprised to see the enthusiasm among volunteers for the welfare of society. Not only this, the respect and devotion among followers for their chief also left them speechless.

With the pious guidance and blessings of Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan and the significant contribution by the volunteers, the 34th Mega Cleanliness Campaign proved to be a great success!
