Disconnect to Reconnect….

Run! Run! Run! Life is a race, if you don’t run fast, you will be like a broken andaa… – Virus.

Do you Remember this Dialogue from 3 idiots?

We all are living in a world where everyone is running in a rat race. Right from the time of birth till death, everyone seems to be running.

The irony is that everyone is running this race but nobody takes out the time to think what are they running after, to introspect & figure out what one really wants to do with his life. Helping others or the ones left behind seems out of the question. So have you ever thought, where are you headed?

The Dilemma

Sometimes I wonder, how we tend to forget that every being that is born, has to die one day, that this body is mere shell, a container of the soul.

My thoughts often want me to feel the solace, to know why did I come to this world, how to tame my restless mind and how to feel contentment on the world that seems to be discontent and disconnected.

Finding Answers

My quest to quench my thirst of soul led me to learn the method of meditation. Meditation, through which one improves one’s focus, through which one can have a better understanding of one’s own self. I must admit that I have eventually been able to get over the anxieties and stress, and find that peaceful place within my own mind, irrespective of what happens in the outer world.

For the benefit of all, let me share from where I learnt to meditate.

Enabling the soul at heavenly abode

Dera Sacha Sauda – an ashram in India located in the city of Sirsa, Haryana; this is where I learnt the method of meditation from the Spiritual Master Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan.

People from all the religions are welcome here. In fact, they all sit under one roof and pray together. Meditation is powerful, it soothes the soul. People are taught the virtues of compassion, selfless service to humanity and to help the destitutes.

Shah Satnam Ji Maharaj – the Second Spiritual Master

If you follow the social media, you would have seen the trends that show the huge number of welfares being done by the volunteers of Dera Sacha Sauda I’m order to celebrate the Birth Month of Shah Satnam Ji Maharaj. A little info here – Shah Satnam Ji was the second Spiritual Master of Dera Sacha Sauda, who taught that ‘God is love and love is God’, meaning that selfless love is the only way to achieve Almighty.

128th Incarnation Day of Sai Mastana Ji celebrated with welfare

Celebration with welfare, good quote isn’t it. Actually I came to know about this on social media when hashtag was trending on Twitter. On 12th of November Dera Sacha Sauda followers celebrated the 128th incarnation day of its founder Saint Shah Mastana Ji. Welfare works were done on this day by Dera followers just to celebrate this day according to guidance of these philanthropists. On this day number of welfare activities were organized at Dera premises. I think its really good way to celebrate the happiness by doing good for others. Actually on this day huge crowd of people gathered at Dera premises and number of works of humanity welfare are done.

Homely Shelter-
An initiative to provide people with their own home and under this initiative Dera Sacha Sauda followers provide ready to move home houses to needy people. On this day 5 keys have been provided to five families among them one home was built by Newzealand Dera followers.

Self- Esteem
Rural women who are unable to build their own future with the strength of education can join the path of success through skills like stiching clothes. For this Dera Sacha Sauda have provided 15 sewing machines to needy women on this day so that they can start their own work to earn their livelihood and make their fiscal condition strong.

Winnipeg Canada Dera followers provided 12 tricycles to disables people so that they can start their life with ease. These kinds of assistance can be great help for physically challenged persons.

Blood Donation
A blood camp was also organized at Dera on this day so that no life can be lost due to lack of blood. 4505 units blood was donated on this day and this was a great step towards humanity. Dera Sacha Sauda followers are known as True Blood Pump thats why this title is totally appropriate for them.

Medical Camp
The poor people who are suffering with various health issues also got relief on this day as expert doctors had examined them free of cost. On 12th of November one medical camp was also organized and 1030 people were checked up on day.

Kul Ka Crown
A unique work which is totally based on the upliftment of the girls which is known as the crown of lineage. This work hits the Orthodox thinking of the society which thinks that lineage can be run by the girl child. As bride can marry the groom and takes him to her home. So this is totally opposite step against rigid society. And according to this one marriage took place on that day.
So this was the celebration actually with welfare which totally relinle according to this quote.

Amazing idea and beautiful implementation to end starvation

There are 3 basic requirements to live life.  Bread cloth house. And the most important of these is that if we do not get bread everyday then we cannot live life. But there are many such people in our country who are not able to make even two time of food. But our cooperation can help the country to overcome this problem.
Content :
Reason of starvation
How to improve this problem
Food banks in India
Reason of Starvation :
If we see the reason of starvation and poverty, there is also illiteracy and population growth.  50 to 60 percent of our country is in poverty and 20 to 25 percent below the poverty line. The government is also working to eliminate the problem of starvation.
In This Year, The Global Hunger Index (GHI) released a report of 117 countries starving. According to the report, the situation in India has not improved much since 2014. India is at number 102 in this list. Both international institutions score from 0 to 100 to all countries after being assessed on all four scales through research. On this basis, the state of starvation can be detected in all countries. This year India got 30.3 Point in the report which shows the serious situation of starvation.
While India is struggling with a severe hunger problem, on the other hand, large scale food wastage is done in the country. Food wastage is also a major cause of starvation.  Even if we do not look at the figures, we see a lot of food being wasted around us every day. Now how to get out of this problem?
How to improve this problem :
Everyone’s cooperation is necessary to eliminate the serious problem like starvation. It is not that the Government of India does not take measures to stop this or social schemes have not been made to ensure the availability of food.
Plans to ensure the right to food like Annapurna Yojana, Mid day meal Yojana, Antodaya Ann Yojna etc. are going on.
But to prevent food wastage, every citizen needs to be aware. We see a lot of food being wasted around us every day.  How much food is thrown away in weddings, hotels, family and social events, even in homes. If this food is saved and delivered to the needy, then many people can be fed.
By the way, there are many organizations that claim to collect the remaining food of the people and deliver it to the needy people.
If foodbanks are made at the every place then even the needy can be helped. By the way, I had come to hear of an organization that has opened its own food banks.  Yes Dera Sacha Sauda Organization has many branches in the country. It is a non-governmental organization. Where Dera followers provide full month’s ration to poor families. Dera followers tell that they got inspiration to do all this from their Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan.
Then the question came to mind that how does the Organization do all this?  Then the reply was received from the experts that all this.
That they all Followers keep fasting one day a week.  Taking away his share of charity and collecting it, and after that they gives ration to the house of a needy.
It was amazing to see all this, but it got very good inspiration that we should do everything like that. We should also help the poor peoples and can help eliminate the serious problem like starvation from India.

When two or more entities join hands to work as one entity is called merger. Companies can get their position better with merging and can expand their reach in market.
